First Month's Rent & Security Deposit
Your first month's rent and your security deposit are both payable at the lease signing.
Move-in Date & Inspection
After signing the lease, we'll schedule your move-in and provide any additional information about the inspection.
As mandated by your lease, you are required to obtain renter's insurance. Please obtain proof of insurance and provide this to us or you will be added to our insurance policy and billed accordingly.
Contact your utility companies as quickly as possible after receiving the keys to your rental property. All accounts need to be placed in your name.
Notice of Intent to Vacate
Please provide written notice of your intent to vacate your rental property. Look at the terms and conditions in your lease.
Before leaving your home, you'll need to address the following issues:
- Rental Cleaning: All rooms in your property must be cleaned and returned to their original condition. This includes repainting the walls, if necessary. Remove all of your belongings, wash walls and hard surfaces, and vacuum and mop floors.
- Landscaping & Outdoor Areas: In addition to the inside of your home, you'll need to take care of landscaping chores like mowing the lawn and trash removal one last time.
- Repairs: All damage that occurs during a tenant's stay must be repaired. Nail and screw holes should be patched and lightbulbs replaced.
We will return your deposit to you after you leave the property. We will conduct a final inspection and identify any damage. Repairs will be scheduled if needed, and the expenses deducted from your deposit.
